What kind of furniture does Diggs & Dwellings sell?

Diggs & Dwellings offers a unique mix of home furnishings & accessories to complement any taste whether it is modern, rustic, timeless, urban or industrial. In addition to the furniture offerings in our shop, we have a wide range of vendor catalogs along with fabric & finish samples to view. As an added bonus, the majority of our furniture is proudly made in America.

Can I purchase merchandise at the store?

Absolutely! All furniture & accessories on our floor are new and available for sale. The merchandise on our floor will give you a sense of the quality of the furniture in the catalogs.

How does the order process work?

Stop by our shop & check out what we have on our floor. Then we will assist you in perusing our store catalogs. Please make sure the product you would like to order will fit in your desired location and through all door openings, stairs etc. Please keep in mind Diggs & Dwellings has a NO RETURNS POLICY.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If for any reason you want to make a change or cancel your order, you have 3 days from the invoice date to do so in writing. Otherwise, the merchandise is yours! WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES, therefore please make sure the color, style, quantity etc. on your sales order are accurate. In addition, verify that the size of the product you ordered will fit in your desired location and through all door openings, stairs, etc. D&D is not responsible for size limitations.

When will my furniture arrive?

Delivery time is based on industry averages. Most of our items will arrive within 6-8 weeks. We will do our best to notify you of additional lead time. However, unforeseen delays do occur and D&D will not offer any monetary compensations or discounts. NO EXCEPTIONS!

What are my payment options?

Because most of our products are custom made or special ordered, we require payment in full when you place the order. We accept cash, check, Visa and Mastercard. Orders paid by check will not be processed until it clears and returned checks are subject to a $25 processing fee.

What are my options to get my furniture home?

Included in the price of your furniture from the Diggs & Dwellings are fees to deliver your furniture to our WAREHOUSE. You will be notified once your merchandise arrives at D&D. All home deliveries are handled through an outside delivery company and are payable at time of delivery only. Prices may vary depending on location and number of items being delivered. D&D is not responsible for any delivery costs.

D&D will be happy to hold your order in our warehouse for up to 7 days. Orders with multiple manufacturers will likely arrive at different times. Due to our limited space, we will not hold partial orders. Merchandise must be picked up or delivered as it arrives. Customer pick-up must be done by appointment only. Please make sure to bring sufficient manpower and packing supplies (ropes, blankets, etc.) Customer must inspect all merchandise before receiving goods.

What happens if something arrives damaged?

Merchandise that arrives at D&D with manufacturer defects and/or damages will be returned to the manufacturer for repair. Please allow 6-10 weeks for replacement.
